As the Tanzania Health care system is under evolution, our community is faced with problems of poor health resulted from inadequate provision of health services, poor health infrastructures and poverty.Doctors for the Destitutes Foundation (D4D Foundation) recognizes the grave challenges faced by those who are abjectly poor and those who reside in hard-to reach areas where access to quality and timely health care including surgical, medical and anaesthesia care is limited. Thus, D4D Foundation seeks to foster spirit of offering a helping hand to those disadvantaged individuals in voluntary basis.
